Notice of Intended Marriage
This is the form that is legally required to be completed at least one month before your wedding date - people generally do it well before then though.

The form is given to me as your Celebrant and is part of the documentation that I will send to the Births Deaths and Marriages (with all of your other paperwork which I'll explain and guide you with) once you're married.
Completion of this form also confirms and locks in the date with me. Generally we will sign this together at our first face to face meeting.

Payment
I will discuss your desired package with you and provide you with a quote, and once agreed upon and date locked in, 50% of the total is payable 7 days after the signing of the Notice of Intended Marriage.
The remaining 50% is required at least 7 days before the wedding.

Postponement/Cancellations
If your ceremony is postponed and the new date is still available (with me) the booking deposit amount will be held as future credit for the new ceremony date unless I have another ceremony on the new date, in which case the deposit may be forfeited. I am however very understanding.

If I do have another ceremony booked at that time a partial refund* may be applied.

If the new venue is much further away, then a renegotiation of fees will be applied.

If a ceremony is cancelled less than 60 days before the date of the Ceremony then no refund* will be applied.
*Discretion will be applied by the celebrant upon consideration of the individual circumstances.
